Cellar

If I’m going to grow grapes I am going to need a place to make wine and store it.  I plan to build this shed in the side of the hill in my back yard.

I have documented my progress.

TO DO LIST:

  1. Plan the shed dimensions and location.  -In Progress-
  2. Excavate the site.
  3. Excavate for drainage.
  4. Install necessary drainage and plumbing.
  5. Frame Foundation.
  6. Pour Foundation.
  7. Lay first course of block.
  8. Lay remaining courses of block.
  9. Build a form for the roof.
  10. Pour the roof.
  11. Waterproof the exterior of the shed.
  12. Backfill with pea gravel.
  13. Backfill with dirt.
